THE PROCESS

  • Please be as through as possible so we can give you an accurate timeline/budget. If we align, we will hop on a call to say hello and go over the brief in more detail.

  • Once all branding has been sent across, we will crack on with designing! If you haven't got branding sorted, we offer this OR we can design your site around this. After we have designed the homepage, we will set up a call to talk through the vibe. Any revisions will be made before we design the rest of the site (if on package #2/3)

  • After the site has been designed, we will discuss feedback. Then final revisions will be made.

  • Time to crack open the prosecco (or kombucha), your website is ready to go live! All domains will be sorted and the keys to your new site will be yours. Voila.

FAQs

  • Squarespace can pretty much do most things you'd want in a website. The templates are amazing to use but with some code (which we can implement) you can have a website that is unique to your brand. Squarespace's support and user-friendly functions make it easy for you to update and change things once our project has finished.

  • Ideally you have branding, images and copy sorted. However we can put placeholders for these across the site and send over the template on completion. We know sometimes when building a brand, not all ducks are in a row. We also offer brand identity! We require you to be available for calls to discuss feedback within the timeframe of the project.

  • Yes! Plans are as follows: 50% before we get started, then 50% on completion. Alternatively 3x payments across 3 months. All payment plans are interest free.

  • We offer one month of support via email after the website has gone live. You'll also receive a loom video of how to update and use the site. Any support after that requires an hourly rate, but we can guarantee you'll feel confident using your website when the project has finished.
